Is a printed catalog available?

Yes, we have:

  • A Firebird Brochure available outlining all of the products that we offer many of which are “in stock”. 
  • We can also provide you with a Crystal and Glass catalogue for those interested in customized trophies and awards. 
  • A Polar Camel catalogue is available as well that showcases each size and color of the Insulated Tumblers, Water Bottles, Mugs and Bottle Holders that we can laser engrave.

What colors are available in your Insulated Tumblers, Water Bottles, Beverage Holders and Mugs?

Stainless steel, Black, Red, Royal Blue, Pink, Teal, Light Blue, Light Purple, Purple, Gray, Navy Blue, Orange, Maroon, White, Green, Yellow, and Coral.


When your insulated products are laser engraved what is the color of the engraving?

Stainless Steels (Silver)


How long have you been in business?

For almost 40 years.


Will I see a sample of my personalized graphic?

Yes, you may request a proof of your design and if you wish for a sample there will be a modest sample charge. Please send us exactly what you want laser engraved, whether it be a logo or your own design. 


Can I get a blank sample?

Yes for a modest charge.


Can I get a pre-production sample?

Yes, you may request a proof of your design and if you wish for a sample there will be a modest sample charge. We also can provide you with a photo of your design on one of our sample cups at no charge.


Can Firebird Group Inc do our graphics?

Yes we can for a modest fee. We will provide you with a quote with your request.


Are the imprints permanent?

Yes each item that we laser engrave is permanent. 


Can you print both sides?

Yes, for an added fee we can laser on two sides.

International and APO/FPO shipments?

Yes.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is usually $10-$15 depending on how big your order is.


Do you guarantee deadlines?

Yes, please let us know if you have a date that you need your order delivered by. We can confirm with you if we are able to ship in time.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

Please contact us and we will cancel your order as long as it has not been started. It would be best for you to call us if you need to cancel at 502.267.6878. If you email us at info@firebirdgroupinc.com you are risking our receiving this notice and you will be responsible for your order. 


Do You Guarantee Against Breakage?

We insure all shipments, therefore the claim would be with the shipping company. We will do what we can to help you.


What should I expect after I submit an order?

  1. Confirmation of receiving your order.
  2. Shipping Date.
  3. Confirmation of Order Shipped with Tracking Number and Anticipated Delivery Date

How about RUSH orders?

Based on our Workload we will advise you when your order is placed if there would be any RUSH CHARGES!
